Special Orders

Miss Betty is always happy to order in any item that you want. 
Please be sure to read below.


If the item is something Miss Betty Regularly Stocks, can be found in her Shop or on her Website, the item can usually be ordered for you. 


Miss Betty has Retail Agreements with almost every Major Brand there is, and can usually get in whatever you need, however, if it is a brand we do not usually stock, there will be a Surcharge added to cover the extra costs from the Manufacturer.  This surcharge will be between 5% and 20%, depending on the size of your order.

This is because most Brands require a minimum order to be placed ($500-1000) at a time.


Contact Miss Betty in person or via Messenger or Email. Let us know the name, size and details of the items you wish ordered. Miss Betty will get back to you promptly with availability. Once Order Details are confirmed, Miss Betty will create a Special Order for you on the Website.

You will need to supply Miss Betty with your Full Name, Phone Number and Email Address before a Special Order can be created.

Your Special Order Items will not be processed until payment is made.

Miss Betty places all Special Orders with her Manufacturers and Brands on MONDAYS ONLY at 4pm.
This reduces costs to you and speeds the delivery process as well.


You can choose to RUSH DELIVERY at extra cost - simply add RUSH DELIVERY to your Order at Checkout. RUSH DELIVERY is usually FedEx, DHL, UPS or EMS shipping.

Choose PICKUP at our Shop, or HOME DELIVERY to your Shipping Address. Please mention which you need in your Order Note. If not specified, the items will be PICKUP to save you shipping fees.

Miss Betty cannot guarantee delivery schedules. We do our best to only work with Companies that are reliable.


If we happen to overcharge you for shipping, we will refund you the difference.
If we happen to undercharge you for shipping, we will pay the difference to the shipping company ourselves.


If the item becomes unavailable between Order Request and Payment, Miss Betty will give you the option of ordering a different item to the same value, or a refund.


Miss Betty does not guarantee the availability of any item, the shipping or delivery time or costs of any order placed. Special Order items cannot be returned or refunded for any reason. If the item is Not As Described by the Brand or is obviously Faulty, you may return the item to us for a Refund or Replacement at the discretion of the Brand. Once returned, please allow 20 Business Days for your Refund or Replacement Request to be processed.
